I've always been involved in nutrition one way or another. For years I thought the number on the scale was more important than what I ate. Now I'm longer afraid of food and completely gave up all dieting. I set forth to create a healthy version of myself that I can provide to my own family. Often, we just need to have someone hold us accountable. That's where I step in.
